1967 was Auroras largest ad campaign in DC comics.  There were a total of 9
different ads that year. Some of the greatest most sought after kits were
introduced in this period.   The Marvel comic Heroes,  Irwin Allen TV show
kits,  Zorro,  Man From U.N.C.L.E., Green Hornet's "Black Beauty",   and many
more.

What an exciting year for the young figural modeler.

AD 01 15 exciting kits grace the back cover of this March 1967 comic!

AD 02 March 1967, the Lost In Space Cyclops comes to life in 3 dimension in another classic kit!!

AD 03 April 1967, The Green Hornet cruises onto the scene in the famous "Black Beauty"!

AD 04 May 1967, The Rat Patrol!  Another classic TV favorite.

AD 05 June 1967,   Aurora advertises the 1967 catalog!  Probably the most sought after difficult to find of the 1960's Aurora catalogs.  This one has it all! What a way to spend a Summer afternoon thumbing thru this jewel.

AD 06 July 1967,   Another Monsters ad.  I believe this is the final ad in DC comics before the glow monsters came out.

AD 07 August 1967,   Who was that masked Stranger?  The Lone Ranger and Tonto are here to save the west from the outlaws.

AD 08 September 1967,   Aurora pays tribute to our American astronauts with this classic kit of the Gemini Space program
with a "walk in Space" scene.

AD 09 November 1967.    With the popularity of TV's Tarzan, starring actor Ron Eli, here's another great kit!
