These were sold in the gift shops of various NASA Space Centers during the latter part of the toyline.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:
All I know about these small tooth paste window boxes is that each one is just large enough to put an astronaut figure inside with helmet attached. The boxes are dark in color and just say "astronaut" at the top. And bendable spaceman with detachable helmet at the bottom.

These were sold at gift shops in Huntsville and Cape Kennedy, with other NASA installations also possibly offering them for sale. They are quite rare but do turn up at auctions from time to time.
